This database is a result of a worldwide call from CHI to all program directors and institutions caring for children with life-threatening conditions and their families in addition to CHI's own research. CHI is constantly working to provide the most comprehensive and current resource available. Toward that goal, CHI invites you to submit additional relevant information for possible inclusion. This database is continually being updated.
